Ingredients
Pork Mince*
Oyster Sauce**
Method
Mix ingredients together, shape into little balls, shallow fry over low heat for 10 or 15 mins.
Serving Suggestions
Broccoli or other green veg, cheese sauce.
*Buy from a quality butcher, Tamworth or Gloucester Old Spot, preferably.
**Buy from a quality Oriental food store. High oyster content, preferably.

I made 4 small ones earlier, experimenting, used a small teaspoon of sauce, no salt.

I’m definitely going to try this. I’m thinking they might be nice with a noodly vegetable stir fry sort of thing

I served these xmas lunchtime, they were wowed. I made a sauce: olive oil, onion, garlic, flour. tinned toms, rosemary, demerara, salt, pepper. Let it simmer for an hour, then added balls, simmered for another 30mins. Better than fried.
