A follow up from the AI thread so as not to go Off Topic.
Recent events in both the Ukraine and the Israeli Offensive in Gaza have exposed our lack of readiness to cope with a cyber attack.
Both the Ukrainians and the Russians have been able to cause great problems by attack each others Internet and Electronic Systems.
The Israelis not only managed to trace a lot of Arab Mobile Numbers, but also managed to con them into having to get a new mobile.
They then remotely exploded those phones simultaneously killing many.
Both the Ukraine and the Palestinian Supporters have lave launched swarm Drone Attacks which have have devasting effects, many of these drones are Kamikaze Drones, fire and forget, the AI software in them identifies individual targets which they then attack.
They have AI systems which talk to each other and can then simultaneously attack an identified target and overwhelm the defences.
A couple of things.
All our Nuclear Submarines, attack and ballistic, run on Windows 98.
We do not have enough support ships to prevent a swarm attack on our 2 Aircraft Carriers, we have to borrow them from other Countries.
Not doing well are we.
