Covid-19 Vaccinations

You came in 1045 ?
I responded to you 1048
1054?
1056? You again 1058 .
Just a run down given you’re wondering what’s going on .

Nothing I have said has anything whatsoever to do with your comments to me! In fact I don’t understand why you were asking me the first question so answered out of politeness.

This must be the zombie apocalypse after all

Meanwhile in the real world…

More than 800,000 Australian-made doses of the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine have been approved for use by the national medical regulator.

They will be distributed this week as Phase 1b starts.

Australia’s vaccination rollout depends on the locally produced AstraZeneca vaccine, which is being manufactured at two sites in Melbourne by CSL.

TGA approval is required for every batch of vaccines supplied in Australia, with all subsequent batches to go through the same individual batch testing and release process.

Oooops

Hi

You will know what is going on in your body if you get covid, far more dangerous than a jab

That’s a big ‘If’ though Swim, and you seem to have come through covid alright when you were so worried about catching it…:surprised:

Good on yer Brucy!!
Independence at last !!

Donkeyman!

Second Jag.

Has anyone had their 2nd virus jag yet? I was wondering if you had side effects from the first one, did you have the same bother after the 2nd one. I was quite ill for about 24 hours after my first one and the pain in my arm lasted nearly 2 weeks. I really don’t want to go through that again.

I get my second one on Saturday. I had no unpleasant ill effects after the first one.

And there’s me thinking this was about John Prescott.

My Dad had first and 2nd within 3 weeks but that was right at the start. Mrs LD still waiting for her second jab. I had my first today and was able to book my second online for June. So far, no I’ll affects but will see tomorrow.

Ha! … same here.

Second Jag? And I thought it was my old XJS…

I asked the same question recently Roxy, because I wanted to know whether those who were poorly first time, were the same/better/worse the second time round.
At the time of asking, I don’t think enough people had had their second one though, so didn’t really get enough answers.

Be interesting to see the replies now some are getting their second ones done.

I heard today that because of this new variant, the vaccine makers think they will need to ‘tweak’ the current vaccines being used.
It went on to say that if so, another booster will also be required!!!

If that does happen, no way will I have THREE vaccines.

My belief is this virus will continue mutating, so how many different ‘tweaked’ versions would they expect us to have done??

Roxy, you need to edit this thread to change the word from jag to jab otherwise you are going to get a lot more off the cuff remarks than you will genuine comments.

OK guilty - I suppose. One remark. And, as a Scotsman myself, I would also have used the word jag.

Roxy, I had no reaction to my first jab and I’m having my second jab this Saturday … hoping I will get no reaction to it.

Mine was the Pfizer vaccination.

Yes, you have to hand it to the Chinese. They really came up with the goods this time!

… … . . . .
