This may sound callous but we don’t vaccinate against some of the more common ailments, and influenza takes a large proportion of the elderly each year despite being vaccinated. You can’t vaccinate against death! and the best way to combat a virus for the community is to allow it to circulate, it will claim lives.

The fatal flaw with this argument is the number of unnecessary deaths in Europe alone caused by the overwhelming of the health service during the first wave a result of government inaction.

Now there is a high rate of vaccination then restrictions are being removed in an organised manner which will allow the virus to circulate and natural immunity to grow without the deaths a “let it rip” policy would have sanctioned.

And that is one of the reasons why I refused the vaccine Bruce.
The job of the hastily cobbled together vaccines were to tackle the serious effects of Covid 19 and prevent the NHS from being overwhelmed with no regard whatsoever of peoples long term health or any future problems the vaccines cause further down the line. (big pharma has a history of making mistakes and having to pay out huge sums on money) Any long term health problems will be presented in a more orderly manner, and Boris will be long gone by then.

At the point of contact you have to approach the NHS usually through your GP, and ask for help, not the other way around. In the case of vaccines against covid 19 some countries are legislating and making it law to submit to medical treatment which people may consider to be unsafe.

In regard of all the anti-vaccine controversy ,why don’t we have
a scheme where the serious anti vaxxer has only to sign an undertaking
that if they do develop covid after refusing a vaccination,then they agree
to forgo any NHS treatment that might be needed to save their lives or
make them better ?
This will have the effect of protecting the NHS and everybody will then
be happy ??

The trouble with that Donkeyman is where do you draw the line?
The Obese, Smokers, Alcoholics, Junkies, Competitors in dangerous sports. No front line nurse or doctor will withhold medical assistance to anybody who needs it, that is not who they are.

No I think everybody knows you can still catch the virus even if you have been vaccinated, only most cases are less serious. This cuts down the hospitalisation and helps to protect the NHS.

If you have so much confidence in the vaccine Donkeyman, how about you signing a document to decline hospital treatment because you are convinced that you will survive covid after having the vaccines. If you have seen the news about footballers who had the vaccine and are now collapsing with heart attacks, you might need that hospital bed before I do.

I think there is more danger of a heart attack from covid than the vaccine OGF. I have tuned into GB news to find out more.
