Coronation Street

Liberty Bodice ?

Only if it had those rubber buttons Silver Tabby…Mine did…

Yea right…

Just watching on catch up, it’s like no liberty bodice I ever wore!

Me too!

Bit daft really, wasn’t it. :102:

You’ve been hanging around with the wrong people CB…

Well yes, OGF, where else would you hang your pistols, knives, semtex etc.,

In his baldrics, perhaps.

I think Corrie’s lost the plot a bit just recently.

What with Carla sleeping with wots-his-name, (looked ridiculous I thought),
Craig and his OCD or whatever it is, and now the the Adam Barlow (forgotten his name too ) getting Billy hooked so quickly on drugs.

Talking of Adam Barlow, how come even with Todd away he has never got a single client in his office?

Corrie and Emmerdale have got even more ridiculous lately. The story line with Toya and Eva, it was obvious what was going to happen there, but since the original surrogate was more advanced with her pregnancy than Eva how is Toya going to explain that to Peter? I now await with anticipation that the original surrogate, turns up at the Rovers for some reason or other, leaving Toya to explain to Peter why she lied about the surrogate going to Australia. Then again, if that doesn’t happen and she’s going to keep up with the lie, is she going to have the baby posted from Australia or will she just pretend to go to Australia and with no problem come back with a baby?

Emmerdale is every bit as bad, now we’ve got old Sandy just upping sticks and going to Australia, no visa, no health insurance, not even a ticket, just get up and go. Aaron’s little sister kissing the awful Gabbie, as for Debbie Dingle, hard to believe she’s still walking around free !

These programmes have become so dire you have to watch them just to see if their plots have caught up with your own predictions.

You’re absolutely right Mups and Clumsy. Even though it’s got so tongue in cheek just lately I still find myself still watching it. What is it about older people being habitual…:frowning:

I am finding that when Phelan is not featured in an episode I do miss him and it’s not as good…He makes a good badie…

I agree. Phelan is my favourite character at the moment. When he appears I always feel that something exciting is about to happen!

Peaaaaaaaaarlllllllllll gave Sandy an open return ticket, first class. But yes, agree about the visa issue. And what about booking mobility assistance at the airport? Glad he’s gone though, couldn’t stand his voice.

Sorry, but when Phelan appears, I keep looking for the scars on his head, where he has been bludgeoned to near death a couple of times.
Keep up, makeup department.:lol::lol:

Glad it’s n ot just me, Jazzi. I never liked Sandy’s voice either.

Who are Pearl and Sandy? :017:

They are the little meercats at the beginning of almost every programme these days. They have their paw marks on the hollywood walk of fame as well.

I wondered what they were talking about. I never watch that silly repetitive advert; just skip past it.

I don’t watch it either, JB
