Oh, true…The Daily Record is hardly the bastion of unbiased reporting…but someone somewhere put the sniper pics on Instagram 
I’m sure. But not either of those pics as shown in The Sun or The Daily Record. Probably some distant figure up on a multi storey car park taken by some woolly coat on the ground.

Stock photos, yes…they can’t very well sack Met police for posting pictures and let the media re-publish them with no consequences. The point I was making was the security breach - imagine the lawsuits the media would face if they republished those same photos!
