Oh no, I think my son wants me to mow his, before winter sets in, I hate that job,
I don’t have a lawn and I know a few neighbours around here have gone for artificial grass, personally I think it looks tacky.

My son is not lazy, he works most days up until midnight.
The common things I do to support him on a fortnightly basis.
Clean.
Iron.
Cut the grass in the growing months.
I also save him money as it’s difficult these days to trust and get a decent housekeeper.
Oh…I also cook for him…

Waking up every morning, so far anyway, which is undoubtedly the best thing after a heart attack a while ago. Everything else pales into insignificance but has to be done, here goes anyway:
Visiting family (when can I find them actually at home)
Gardening
Cleaning / valeting the car
Tinkering with my other car
Driving
Enjoying the countryside where I live
House maintenance where I am able to
House cleaning / keeping it tidy
Shopping (only food as it’s a necessity)
Cooking
Laundry
Ironing (so boring)
Time on the internet (too much) but it’s interesting
Emailing various friends / contacts
Reading (occasionally)
Listening to music
Watching TV
Anything else is as and when required, I often disregard what needs doing
and just please myself, a nice drive out is good.

Weekly as today, I got my euro millions lottery ticket, Tonight’s jackpot is over £170 million, after my purchase I drift into a little day dream for an hour or two…… thinking of what/how I am going to spend it on

I agree, no creatures can live in a garden with artificial grass, it’s horrible.

Common things.
Shower, have coffee, eat, read a book, watch TV, come on the net, write a letter, post said letter, at least it gives me a short walk up the road, more coffee, more food, more TV, more internet, read a bit more of my book, do a bit of housework/washing but not much, tidy up the kitchen, read a bit more, another coffee & eat, watch TV, more internet, then bed, that was/is today, what a boring life I lead.
