I like the casual/smart mix up look of jeans with a nice shirt, (no tie) and a more formal jacket or blazer

I like ‘V’ neck navy jumpers with a white, or blue shirt underneath. Top buttons undone to expose a little chest hair. On the right man…Phoaarrr…swoon!
