I’ve just made a dish of honey glazed roasted parsnips, carrots, onion, leek, and had tgem with chicken and chopped spinach. It was yummy and very healthy

We went to my sons for dinner, so no leftovers, but last year I made Jamie Oliver’s Christmas Leftovers Toad in the Hole and it was very nice
