Hi Janet,
Well, good pulse n feet and legs etc.
But got a problem with B12, it’s extremely high, a normal person is between 187 to 800, mine is 2,000. She said to me, the Doctor has left a message for you, to stop taking B12 supplements immediately, I looked at her and said I don’t take supplements, never have done, oh she said, I will leave him a message and we will have to investigate why it’s that high.
Eeeek!!

Will fiddle about this morning, have lunch, walk Holly, feed her, then leave to collect my two friends. One of them, who has the now broken wrist, has to attend a seminar in prep for her future hip replacement. Will ask if they want collecting, or if they will get a cab back.

Have phoned up anew mobile hairdresser to cut my hair on Wednesday, as my hairdresser has gone on holiday.

Thanks Susie, but they too have good hearts and do a lot for me. Whether it’s helping with Holly at times of illness/injury, or giving me nice gifts at Christmas. I took the injured lady to a gp appt the other week and she gave me a bottle of wine. I said to her about today’s trip, don’t you be giving me anything.
And we all seem to help each other, those of us from either coffee group. I have had lifts from a couple of ladies on occasions, or someone offering to buy my pot of tea.
That’s nice to have friends like that around.
I feel quite blessed, at times, and am grateful I moved here.

Very cold out there. Not sure if I want to go out again. I should go to the library, a book will become overdue tomorrow but I can’t renew it. Shall I incur a day’s fine, and stay home, keep warm?
Morning Janet, it is very cold out, I’ve just got to go to the Chemist to pick up my medications.
I did go into town, dropped off two books, to PO for some cash, then B&M. On to Wickes and Lidl, then collect my own meds. Have to go back tomorrow PM for part.
I was frozen because though the coat was in the car I didn’t bother with it,
