I hope to pop to Tescos this morning, then it will be the community cafe this afternoon, probably to talk about our photo in the local papers (about council funding). This was taken a while back.

Good Morning Ladies.
A very wet day today and a strong wind.
My helpers do my shopping for me locally.
Now highly trained in Bargain Hunting, they search for the reduced stickers and offers.
Mostly Lidle and Morrisons, both have nearby cashpoints.
They have been doing very well recently, lots of reduced meats at Lidle and they have also restarted the fresh fruit and veg boxes, the price has increased from Ā£1.50 to Ā£2, but still an amazing bargain.
The Friday box had salad potatoes , 7 Baking Potatoes, Chantenay Carrots, two huge leeks, 2 pacts of organic vine tomatoes and a pack of plum tomatoes.
Deal of the day on the meat counter was a pack of barbecue pork steaks at 50% off.
I am a happy Womble.

I have help doing the water changes and filters, everything else I can do myself.
They are big water changes, 200 litres for the freshwater and 100 litres for the marine.
The freshwater filter is huge a massive very heavy eheim.
I do my own toenails and feet now, it got very expensive for home visits . Ā£50 a time.
Being a man, practicality comes first over looks, I got the gear off Amazon for less money than a single home visit.

A science day today, big water tests on the marine tank, the dipin stick tests are not great, so time to do some proper tests.

Swimmy, when I greeted him I even said āitās a long time since Iāve needed to see you!ā He is referring me to dermatology, just to put our minds at rest.
Got up late today, well past 8, so just finished breakfast after dog walk. May have a lazy day.

Friend/neighbour here shortly for an hour, cuppa, chat, play with dog. Then Iāll hoover and shower. Put clean clothes on for now, then will do a machine load soon.

Had Iceland home delivery this morning at 8.30am, then at 9.30am I got the bus into Hopton and picked up our medications, not long been back home.
Might go for a walk this afternoon.

Went into Gorleston this morning to QD, Superdrugās, went to the library, but didnāt realise my library card is for Suffolk only, Gorleston comes under Norfolk, so couldnāt get any books out.
