Oh gosh, thanks Susie, yes I did. I was going to offer my thanks on FB to those who sent best wishes, but so many so called friends didn’t bother, so didn’t want to ‘remind’ them. How can I have that many friends on social media but the majority don’t bother with a happy birthday??

Been out to Tescos. Did a massive shop, with deals on quite a few items. Bought a cheap dash cam, and lots of dog food and treats, selling at 4 for 3 with Clubcard.
Just booked a check up with my dental surgery.

Another cold and damp miserable day. No plans yet. Friend not working in shop today so maybe I can pop out later this morning.
Might get a lamb and mint pie from the freezer for lunch, and sort out some veg to go with it.

It’s a lovely sunny morning after yesterday’s none stop torrential rain! Glad I didn’t have to go out. I feel sorry for my son and family who went to a theme park to celebrate my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday, must have been a total washout

Urgh, Joy! I hate being out in rain. When I had my allotment I’d look upon it as an excuse to stay home, but I am always seeing on FB stories of people reporting from their plots, saying how soaked through they were but thankful for what they’d got done. No wonder my own plot never amounted to anything, lol. I was hardly ever there.

Very cold here with the strong winds still. It will feel more like 7deg so I will have to wrap up warm for my lunchtime appt. I will be out in the woodland burial park, choosing my plot.
Then I must collect my repeat meds on the way home.
