I can’t seem to load onto Toffs this morning for some reason.
He did say there was a problem earlier.

Joined some of the ladies (and a husband) for a pub quiz last night. Their usual companions couldn’t make it so was asked to make up the numbers. A couple of the women couldn’t go but not sure even if we had them that we would have done better. An appalling second to last! How embarrassing,

Which flag has an AK47 on it.
And music questions, name the artiste. People I’ve never even heard of.
Still it was an interesting fun night.

I will soon need bread and milk, and the library, so am thinking of getting the bus into town this morning. Could continue with clear out later. Our bus times have changed, so I’d best not get to the stop too early, but saying that, they’ve increased the frequency. Half hour now, rather than hourly. That’s progress.
Ours has always been half hour here Janet at Corton to Lowestoft during the week and Saterday, only hourly on Sundays.
That’s good. Ours has always been hourly, or a walk down another road to get the one inbetween, but ours stopped running too early in the afternoon. They will now run later, thankfully.
Our buses run from 6.15am until 11.45pm every day.

Yesterday I caught the bus to town, exchanged library books, and the one I had reserved, I started on when I got home and sat for hours reading. Big sis phoned in the afternoon and we had a long chat.
Today I shall return to the spare bedrooms, see how much headway I can make this time round.
An easy lunch: a frozen pie, mash and liquor meal to put in the oven.
