I have booked my flue jab already for next month. This will be at the Dr surgery.
I might get it earlier at one of the local chemists if I can find one that does it on the spot.
I expect that as usual it will be lunch and a bit of shopping at Morrisons, then dinner at my daughter’s.
No Janet today, she must be feeling a bit Ruff!!

I know I am a bit late, but have to do some thing urgently.
My wet room flooded a bit last evening when I had my monthly shower. ( Now you don’t believe that do you?)
So I have had to clean out the drain. That’s a yucky thing to do.
Saturday laundry is almost done.
Off later somewhere with my daughter.

I am still very poorly still, with a shocking cough, constant nose blowing and poor sleep. Not eating much either. Poor Holly has had to make do with mostly garden visits, but I did get her out this morning. Friend up the road now realises how ill I am (even though I cancelled our visit to the shop where she works, on Thursday) and will do her evening walk.
I have to be able to get out tomorrow to collect my repeat meds, as I run out by the evening, and stock up on groceries.

Raining. Off to Sainsburys shortly, and for now that will be it for the day. Yea right. Until my daughter comes, and I expect she has plans.

A busy day. My neighbour scraped my car on Friday so today was spent on the phone to my insurers. I had to get out to collect my meds and go shopping. Taking the car Wednesday morning for the garage to take a look.
Still coughing and spluttering, but bought more stuff to hopefully help.

After cafe meet, dog walk and lunch, I will see if I have the energy to change my bed linen.

Big dramas with my grandson. He had an accident at work with an angle grinder. Opened up his left leg. He was doing a job in Reading. They have had to take him to a hospital in Oxford for surgery. My daughter and son-in- law are both staying in a hotel near by.
So I am on cat duty today.
Ooooh, so sorry to hear about that, Emjay. I wish him a speedy recovery.

After the garage have looked at my car this morning, I hope to pop into Toby carvery on the way home and get a takeaway. I always go for the starters, macaroni cheese and loaded roasts. Might treat myself to some pigs in blankets today.

Off to the AgeUK Wednesday coffee and chat this morning. Her down the road is coming as well.
My grandson is still in hospital. My daughter and SIL came home yesterday, but we’ll be going back today. We don’t know if my grandson will be coming home yet.
