Walked Holly about 8 and it was already warm. I need to pop into town, and might decide to catch the bus.

Holly is off to the carer this morning, for 3 nights, so up early. Got most of her stuff packed.
Out for the day with sister, just pootling along sight seeing the east Norfolk coast. See what time we have for Wrexham, or Potter Heigham.

Enjoy your break Jan, we are off tomorrow too to the south coast in Dorset to catch up with some relatives and do a few tourist things. We are taking the dogs as we’ve managed to rent a cottage, they are a bit of a tie but we swore we’d never send them to kennels again, although we really should have organised house sitters, maybe next time.

Hoping to get on a bus to Beccles. Sis popped in yesterday with my card and a gift and said why not drive. Hmmm, if I can get away with using my bus pass, why not?
Yes, missing Holly, especially at night in an empty bed. But not the evening walks, in the bad weather. We missed the storms in Norwich yesterday, which apparently started as our train left. I never heard it here either, but there was definitely rain.

Cor! Yesterday’s downpour here, I saw it coming. It well watered the garden and filled the water buts.
Already been out with Minnie, and laundry in dryer.
Nothing yet planed for today, and my friend might be coming here later. If so, lunch at Sainsbury’s.
We have only been to B&M and Lidl at Beccles, but one day when i’m feeling better we would like to go there. Friday is Market Day there.

I have been to Beccles today. Couldn’t find cafe by the river. I found the Lido, then walked a long way back to Market area. Found the toilets, had bought a paperback in a shop, and another bottle of freezer de icer as had sent yesterday’s purchase home with sis.
On another bus, on to Norwich! Got more of the lovely toffee Bon Bon’s (white and lemon), a goody bag (2 papers, water, and snacks), McD lunch, then back to bus station and home.
Enjoyed a cuppa. Shall rest awhile, then walk round to the Chinese take away and get that for supper. Might get enough for several meals.

I love dry spare ribs and singapore noodles.
The sun is just coming out, so sitting in the garden today by the looks of it, apart from cooking a roast.
Right let’s get the Porridge going now for breakfast.

Chinese, I got a pork chow mein, and an egg fried rice. Cost just over £8, so as I never waste any, can have the rest today. Sis will get fish and chips, or a carvery, say ‘can’t eat no more!’ And waste a lot. I even re heat chips rather than throw.
Will rest my body today, just gentle walks with Holly. Will go and collect her some time between 9-9.30, when I’m done (shower and breakfast).
Will need a little tidy up indoors, all the stuff I brought home during my celebratory three days, scattered on various surfaces, lol, and perhaps put my cards away.
