Our local butcher just produced some of these - bought a couple to try. They are delicious - a little bit spicy but not enough to overwhelm the other flavours. Have to admit I was surprised! The great thing about our butcher is - you can just buy one or two of anything to taste. Will definitely go back for more - and try to persuade him to part with the recipe as I normally make my own sausages.
He came up with black pudding & apple sausage rolls a couple of weeks back - was not so keen on those.
