Check out these tunes

Stardust

The man with the velvet voice.

Love the visual effects in this clip.

We did’nt start the fire

A 40 year history written by Billy, . . fantastic, I play this regularly in the car.

Allentown

Billy again.

Baby Driver

S & G at their best again.

New York, New York

Frankie boy again.

Fly me to the Moon

There’s a Glasgow version of this one too, it’s called . . “fly me to Dunoon”.

Jeez, . . I thought the traffic was bad in Glasgow but this beats it.

That is another old favorite …

That is actually a very sad song …

Reminds me of Carron steel works where I worked many years ago, it was hell on earth.

It was an anti-war song DM about the Vietnam war.

I know, Nero, that’s what I meant. A sad episode in our history.

Speaking of long playing songs, did Arlo Guthrie’s Alice’s Restaurant get much play time in the UK? It goes on and on and is still so funny; you hardly ever hear it anymore. I have the CD.

It’s in my collection DM.

The Legend of John Henry

A steel drivin man.

Johnny wrote so many songs about railroads he was given a free pass on them for life.

Another well loved classic.

Loved the film and the tune!

That’s Amore’

Dino, . . from the film “Starstruck” with Nicholas Cage and Cher.

From a land down under
