Having bought a lens converter for wide angle decided to try it out on my Sony fdr ax53 camcorder as a stills photo. having checked should be great for the video side of the camcorder as well. It should cover a wider area with less panning needed (side to side movement)

only issue with these wide angle converters is if used with the lens at the widest the edge of the converter shows
also bought a 2x magnifier lens converter but yet to really put it through its paces as it was part of the kit but not really needed
