Until I had the misfortune to see and hear this offering via Youtube of cadaverous Mick who had the nerve to ‘perform’ for money, I would not have believed such a sight.
Give it up mate, give it upI You look and sound like death warmed up and do yourself no favours.
I’d go and see them, just Mick & Reef, unplugged, on bar stools, cosy little venue, no shouting, no prancing.
Both doing the same number at the same time. I mean it has been known, in recent years, for Keef to play one tune while Mick is singing another. Then Keef falls over, audience laugh, Mick gets angry.
Mick Jagger’s energy level is remarkable for a man of 80 years old. He works out 5 to 6 days a week with a fitness routine that emphasizes stamina and balance. He also runs 8 miles daily. While some may not be a fan of his music, I think we have to admire his ability to perform onstage for his fans.
He’d have to pay me to go to one of his gigs…
It’s Keith who is the mystery.“We have to keep the planet safe in the future just for Keef”
Welcome to the forum Tom
Yes,it’s remarkable he’s kept so fit especially since most of them around him are probably not.
Every so often I’ll go on You Tube to see the entertainers from Mick Jagger’s generation. I found Johnny Tillotson, an 85-year-old American singer who looks and sounds very good. Frankie Valli is still performing at 90. He has fans who follow his live shows in the states.
