Beef and Stilton, or bacon and Stilton - absolutely lush! But my absolute top favourite of all time is Brie and Grape (I did select Brie and cranberry from the list, but that’s a poor substitute for me, haha!)

I make my own beetroot chutney Queenie, it’s quite sweet and nice with most meats, but with corned beef it is delish…

Another sandwich I lurve is …
Proper bread, proper butter, rare roast beef & a pinch of salt. Yummy.
I like Corned Beef, but Mrs d00d doesn’t, so we never have it.

I love corned beef especially with piccalilli too but I’m in the same situation as you Dude… hubby doesnt like it so I never have it
