It’s kind of Ironic (and another example of Virtue Signalling) that British Gas are changing all of their diesel and petrol powered vehicles in favour of Electric Vehicles, while flogging fossil fuels to half of the UK…And buying it from other countries when there is billions of cubic feet under the North Sea which would provide jobs for our workers…

They’ve had electric vans for ages
That doesn’t show a lot of faith in your product does it? You’d think they’d run them on gas like Sydney buses

Companies couldn’t give a monkeys about Net Zero or climate change, but they know you will so it’s just another sales pitch…

It’s amazing how blinders/tunnel vision kicks in when an idea is introduced. I was trained how to avoid tunnel vision. One has to prevent tunnel vision because it limits the broader view. For example look at the other types that are being introduced to replace the fuel combustion engines.
It is just like COVID supposed pandemic. They are pushing so hard on the battery operated vehicles, that the other alternatives are being suppressed.
It’s kind of sad to see limited views are being feed to the public.
