Monday’s are bike days now, so I rode round a very nice and quiet route out in the country.
Only saw about half a dozen cars, and the few previous Monday rides are beginning to pay off with much more power in my legs. Sixteen miles this morning, but it seemed too nice to turn for home so I suspect something longer next week, weather permitting.
