It’s not often you get offered something for free!

Although I must admit I don’t need a free beekeeping book at present because my lovely neighbour keeps bees and gives me free honey - he has also given me a few free lessons on how to maintain bee hives and harvest the honey.
I do my bit by growing lots of bee-friendly plants in my garden to help feed his bees!

I should add one shouldn’t I Mags, wonder if I could keep one at the end of my garden by the river?

Very good Spitty!

That’s exactly what I thought!

I wish someone would give me some Boot!

Interesting , however surely I would need bees to make it worthwhile :joy:

I suppose you have to think of the benefits of keeping bees.
Honey, especially Manuka is very expensive but members in Australia and New Zealand might be interested.
If you get stung, well… there are benefits…

Quote.
Bee venom has powerful anti-inflammatory properties and may benefit the health of your skin and immune system. It may also improve certain medical conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain.

So worth thinking about getting the free book and setting yourself up!
