Not usually my type of viewing but after a neighbour told my wife about it, I laboriously waited for it to download. I have to admit that the 30min slot with just 2 main actors filling the screen was riveting.
I wont give anything away and if you like a good script well acted, then this is worth watching
BBC One - Doctors, Series 23, Hello?
I can’t watch it,as I don’t have a tv license.
Of course you can. Many no longer pay for a licence, but still download material.
I wouldn’t risk it,LD…would it be on YouTube or prime amazon?
Yes it got rave reviews from the Doctors fans on FB. I belong to a couple of groups and it was very well received.
LD, I just watched this episode that must’ve cost pence to make!
I have to say, it was very cleverly done and the actor who played the main man, was really good.
Got a bit worried when l heard the words, ‘Run, Run Run… where are you *****?’ l got really worried then.
I’ll say no more as it will give too much away.
I have noticed whenever l have googled a British actor/actress, many have appeared at some time in, ‘Doctors’.
It’s not normally my/our type of viewing and we only watched it on a recommendation, but we were not disappointed. I agree with you about the policeman Rob (Chris Walker 58) and for a low budget production, it was a good short episode to watch. He is definitely a good jobbing actor and if his part in this episode is anything to go by, he has found himself a job until he is written out. I remembered him from Celebrity Eggheads and his Best Daytime Star award last year.
I always think Chris Walker plays a very convincing policeman. I’ve watched the show for many years and love it.
LD, I wouldn’t normally watch it ever, as l don’t watch any soaps.
l watched it on your recommendation.
I have never heard of the actor who played the sergeant but it was nice to see a natural looking man with natural teeth and not brilliant white gravestone teeth!
I’ve just watched this LD. like you, I wouldn’t usually watch this programme, but my goodness, what a really nail-biting episode that was. And superb acting, on both their parts. Thanks for the recommendation
