Yes, but IMHO saying that this has always been like this and just reporting has changed is kind of like saying we’ve always been blind and we’re staying that way! The problem is that now people not only can’t control their anger, they don’t even try. The worst words I hear come out of a criminals mouth is “I just couldn’t stop myself.” Bullsh__ you didn’t want to stop, and that’s the problem. IMHO

That just reinforces my belief that some people are just born with bad wiring. With so many people in the world today, you never know whose got that specific brain make up, that allows them to commit atrocities. I just know that as the population grows, so do the number of people with bad wiring.
