Bloody awful climate, too hot in summer, too cold in winter but good size, good roads and lots of things to do.

You win some - you lose some!! I lived in Canada for many years - Ontario mostly very hot/humid summers - -but air con everywhere – and very cold snowy winters. If you want change/unpredictability - UK’s the place LOL!

WOW! That is some drive! A bit too wild for me - think I will stick to the narrow twisty roads of my Yorkshire Dales - with an ice cream parlour and coffee stops along the way!!

Interesting post - I have a sister who lives just outside Sydney - must sent to her - next vacation destination LOL!
