I love cushions and have 7 on my sofa…I had quite a few on my bed, I got fed up with taking them off my bed every night, so gave them away.
Tell me what type of cushions you have and how many please?
Just for fun,

None. I don’t like them. I have a pillow on my bed and that’s it.
These are mine, I only have these 7…some are obsessed with cushions on YouTube cleaning motivational videos, each to their own though.
No cushions Pauline. Don’t find them comfortable.
I have a nice comfy recliner chair that does me
With leather recliners, cushions are not needed. There are a few on the two chesterfields but nothing to write home about …oh, I feel a song coming on
I used to have a few on our bed but it seems daft to just throw them on the floor when you go to bed so they went to the charity shop.
We have a few on the sofas downstairs but they are not massive so we do use them.
I must say to many cushions aren’t comfortable as Chilli has just said. I usually remove 5 of them, when I sit on the leather sofa, LD, do you find the darn things ( cushions) keep slipping down as well, same as the throw?
I just have them on there for an accessory and they look pretty.
They do on ours coz Mrs LD is very generous with the Hide Food and that gives them a high shine.
I know what you mean, I think it’s more for show, lots of young mothers on the YouTube motivational cleaning channels, have them on their beds…I love looking at them though, some beautiful cushions they have.
Chesterfields are beautiful and I find they never date, always in fashion, hugely expensive, but well worth the money,
We bought our pair a lifetime ago when we had a huge house in Teddington. We bought them from a shop by the name of Lexterten’s. I doubt if that shop is still trading in Teddington, but the company is still in business.

I hate lots of cushions, l have two. If there’s more than that l fling them off because they annoy me!
I also think, like soft toys, they are dust collectors.
I wouldn’t dream of having them on the bed! In fact, l’d throw them straight out of the window!
They are dust collectors, as you know I’m a clean freak,so don’t let them get full of dust.
The cushions I have plumped up cleaning peoples house, there was more dust in them than the whole house…
I would be permanently sneezing if l had loads of cushions!
I don’t like cushions either, but I do have one, it’s small & has a scruffy dog on it, bought many years ago from a car boot for 50p, it’s on the arm of my chair & it stops me from hitting my arm on the cabinet beside the chair.
Especially as most house dust is dead skin cells …ewww!!!
I love it. Once again our differences in language come out. What you are referring to as cushions we call throw pillows. A cushions over here would be the part of the couch or chair your rear hits and the back of each as well.
But an arse is an arse no matter what side of the pond you call home … right?
Danny, come and sit with me on my sofa, we can share cushions together,…did you not see the pictures I posted of my cushions?
I’m such a flirt!!..
