For those who dont know Sue and I planted 2 apple trees some time ago and I did a slide video of removing old huge bushes and planting the trees. here it is for those who missed it

Since then we left them for a year to get established. This year both trees produced loads of fruits actually to many for the young trees to cope with so we took of some and nature did its bit by letting others fall off. However I and Sue are pleased with this years crop

Being smallish trees and the first real year of fruit bearing it looks good so far

What type of apple is it ?They give a good crop.
We have some,a bit bigger but not as fruitful.Not that we get much chance after the birds have finished.

Look at the crop on that small tree.

They must be in perfect conditions.

Thanks.Never heard of it but it’s a very old variety according to Wiki
“the fruit cannot sustain modern supermarket handling”
that’s why I didn’t recognize it I expect.
