Hi all, I’ve been taking some CBD oil that I picked up at Holland & Barrett recently to help out with my arthritis. It seems to be helping a bit (it helps me sleep too which I didn’t expect) but I’m not a huge fan of the flavour. Does anyone have any recommendations for any oils?

I use a CBD cream put out by West Edison. It helps me enormously. I also use CBD oil. I recommend this article because names change between locations. I might be able to get something here, but where you are it’s called something different.

If you ask me, going through a proper cannabis clinic is just the smarter route. The stuff from high street shops is hit or miss, at least with a clinic you know what you’re getting and why you’re taking it
