I always wanted to but never mastered it.
I think we all did. It was part of the dancing lessons I was taking in the sixties and it was Bill Haley’s and Wanda Jackson’s popular songs that we were dancing to. Guess I didn’t master it either but hardly anyone did.
Oh Yes - I loved jiving - still do when I have the chance - even won a couple of competitions. Never did it in the street though!

I could jive, probably not as well as the couple in the street though.

Before it was lost in our fire of '95, I had a trophy won at The Hammersmith Palais 
Alas, it is no longer in existence and nor is my old band leader friend JL
