Hello everyone, as you might of guessed I am new to this forum and fairly new to the Over 21’s 
I must admit that I have been celebrating my 21st for decades, nearly 3. Doesn’t time fly by.
I would like to contribute a few ideas in various sub forums, Health in particular and the pressing Brexit.

Hiya Tigger . I’ve only just become a member here so, it’s nice to have another new face around.
Welcome to the forum Tigger and a Happy birthday to you. 
Thanks everyone for the welcome. I have now edited my profile to remove Tigger, that was a name only my Father used and to this day I do not know why. lol Unfortunately I will never know why because he like his Father, my Grandfather both died of heart and circulatory disease. I hope that with what I have worked out ie the causes, that that never happens to me. However until I can destroy the infection(s) I am still at higher risk than my Father due to the inflammation that they cause and promote.
My thread in General Chat about delivery companies are key to this because I intend using the Ultrasonic Cleaner mentioned in that thread to produce Liposomes to help destroy the infection(s). Infections which everyone have. I intend to post about this at some point but getting my Ultrasonic Cleaner repaired needs doing first. Illness as one gets older is not a normal process, it is preventable!
