Angela Black

Has anyone stuck with it to the end?
I gave up after 2 episodes, then watched no.4 thinking it was the last one, only to find there were two more!!
I shall watch no.6 tonight because I must know how it ends!

Nope, I only got through half of the first episode. It was making me feel too uncomfortable, and bringing back some very nasty memories.
I did watch The Tower though and thought that was really good.

Saw the trailer. That was enough.

I was planning on watching it tonight, with all episodes recorded and last one tonight I was ready for a bit of a binge.

Sounds like it weren’t very good, typical eh :unamused:

You should watch it!
It’s a really unusual story once you get past the first 2 episodes!
Really, a study of the mind and the tricks it can play…I’m really looking forward to seeing how it ends

I gave up after 3 episodes too.
Found her eternally miserable face depressing.

Whilst watching the last episode, all l kept saying was… ‘As if’ … especially at the car showroom scene.

I binge-watched this yesterday, all 6 episodes despite saying i wouldn’t. Overall a good story, but too many questions left unanswered for my liking.

No, sorry, I gave up after episode 1. It was just too dark, too sinister. I want to be entertained by TV, not made to feel twitchy and uncomfortable. Funny thing is, I could probably read the story in a book without feeling that way, but somehow seeing this sort of story brought to life on a screen is just too much for me.

I agree, Sheba…it IS uncomfortable to watch, but its a thriller so… :woman_shrugging: The psychology of the husband though, is something all too common in society.

The actor who played Angela Black’s husband, Olivier must’ve been a great actor as he scared me!
Just one of his menacing, evil looks, would make me run for my life!
