Even if I correct that phrase to “better than anything” it does not convey any meaning. How can you use the word “anything” when you do not provide a context for this indefinite pronoun? Perhaps if you explain “anything other than …” or “anything that they have …” or “anything I can think of…”. And that is before we examine this place that apparently no-one (note the hyphen) respects - where? Florida?

This makes no sense. You don’t need to count to 18 - you just follow the course. You don’t even need to keep totaling all the number of hits you take - you just note above or below par and jot it down. Or in the case of Trump, get the caddy to note the number you’d prefer.to have.
