One of several options
I like Amazon’s service but not the business itself. I’m glad that other companies are catching up so that Amazon is no longer the only option. While I used to look at Amazon first and almost exclusively, I now go via shopping sites and only use Amazon if it beats the others which is not always the case. A competitive advantage of Amazon is still payment because it offers the widest range of payment options. Needless to say that its range of goods is unrivalled.
