A Handy App for Downloading Videos

Until fairly recently I used Freemake to download Youtube videos but it used to frustrate me that I could not download videos on other sites like the ABC or BBC. Freemake was also very cumbersome if you wished to downolad a series of tutorial videos from a playlist for example.

It can cope with playlists but you can still deselect individual videos that you don’t want and you can download from a media website just my adding the page URL. It finds any videos on that page, it is brilliant. (it does warn you about copyright but that’s only really a problem is you try to make money out of other people’s work)

Even better it is free and open source. Available for Windows or Linux.

You could download your own personal copy of the blockbuster “Rhino Run” to enjoy on your own computer whenever you feel the need. :icon_wink:
