Ten Australian companies that trialled a 4 day working week have said that there is no downside. It has worked wonderfully, even sick days were down.

The scheme was called the 100:80:100 model - 100% pay for 80% of the working hours BUT productivity must remain at 100%.

I think it’s a good idea .
IMO People should not have to spend most of the week working .

More time to spend with the family for those who are still working.
Good for the environment too.
