My choice is the Forget Me Not, a beautiful small blue-petaled flower with a fascinating yellow centre. There is an old story behind the common name 
The story of the forget-me-not flower is rooted in religious folklore. It is said that while God was walking in the Garden of Eden, He came across a blue flower and asked for its name. The flower, being shy, whispered that it had forgotten its name. In response, God named the flower “forget-me-not,” promising that He would not forget it. .

I was introduced to forget me nots but a guy 10 years ago. Beautiful and special, yet ironically, I often am forgotten thus we’re not talking much anymore.
