The story is about basket ball but I find his height more interesting.
I’m only 5’10" but never felt particularly short before but these days I walk passed school kids at the bus stop taller than me.What’s going on? 
I will always remember my Grandfather saying that when the Australian troops arrived in the trenches in WWI they looked like giants compared to the British troops.
Actually he was 6ft but I suppose he was comparing it to those around him though probably not 7ft 4in. He reckoned they were just better fed.
