As most of you know my health has taken quite a dramatic downturn over the last few years, even more so recently.
I find it very annoying, and I am starting a new exercise regime.
I have a specific one tailored for me,I have been doing bits and pieces for a while, however the heart physios have come up with a routine.
I start the day with sitting stretches, they are mad keen on stretches, then time on my sitting down leg exerciser.
A very low 100 turns to start with and then increasing slowly every day.
Loads of other low impact strength exercises,the weird thing is the timing,start before breakfast, doing this apparently works better.
I have to wear my finger monitor all the time, which feels weird.
