Zone Zero Exercise

As most of you know my health has taken quite a dramatic downturn over the last few years, even more so recently.

I find it very annoying, and I am starting a new exercise regime.

I have a specific one tailored for me,I have been doing bits and pieces for a while, however the heart physios have come up with a routine.

I start the day with sitting stretches, they are mad keen on stretches, then time on my sitting down leg exerciser.

A very low 100 turns to start with and then increasing slowly every day.

Loads of other low impact strength exercises,the weird thing is the timing,start before breakfast, doing this apparently works better.

I have to wear my finger monitor all the time, which feels weird.

Sounds like my kind of exercising … for sloths.

perhaps they think this is when you are strongest ?

Sounds good to me,I’ve always been intimidated by gyms.

I’ve never set foot in a Gym in my life, I wanted to be the best long distance runner I could be, so I just ran.
Wasn’t it the great Ron Hill who said…If you have got some time to spare, don’t mess about stretching or weight training, just fit in an extra mile or two.
I’ve never done stretching either before a race, I just start steady and make sure everything is working properly, and then go for it…
