This is a very strange tale. A wonan’s decomposing body has been found dead outside a major local police station.
It is thought she was living in her car but with the extreme heat recently it is thought that she has been there several days.
Police are investigating how a woman died and remained undiscovered for three days in a police station car park on the NSW south coast.
The 48-year-old woman’s body was found in a blue Toyota Yaris parked out the front of Lake Illawarra Police Station on Pioneer Drive about 4:30pm on Friday.
The Police won’t say because it remains part of their report for the coroner but she was not under arrest or in trouble according to them. Nor was it a domestic violence incident.
