Woe is me, just now I opened a packet of biscuits

And?
I’m clicking I’m clicking!

No, never thought of that but as I love cheese it sounds quite naughty and tempting.
Bet I couldn’t dunk it though

I didn’t click on the clickbait, …

but apparently it’s a fern pattern that dates back to Victorian times when ferns were a design craze. The clickbait seems to be that the pattern on the biscuit symbolises friendship and good times. However, they apparently mean sincerity.

Actually you can! :+1::yum:
Just gently pinch the cheddar and the biscuit at the top between finger and thumb,a technique worth mastering.
Now you’ve made me want to lapse into old habits, got to pop over to the convenience shop later, how fortuitous!

I’m into chocolate digestives with or without a cuppa.
Irresistible yum

We are obviously kindred spirits in the world of chocolate biscuits. Chocolate biscuits should be kept in the fridge so the chocolate is nice a hard, not soft ot half melted. But definitely not dunked.

I have to eat sugar free biscuits, due to being diabetic which I take pills for.
These are some I buy.

The choc chip, marie & wafers are very edible, digestives are a bit bland & dry, not tried the others, our B&M haven’t got them,

I used to love jaffa cakes, I admit that I sometimes dunked them in tea!

I found similar biscuits here once at a Lidl store, but not the same thing, unfortunately. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

We have a Lidl fairly local to us. Some things there are…a bit different.

I did find the real After Eights once at Lidl, it was during Christmas a few years ago.

Now they’re nice …bit of minty … bit of dark chocolate.

Goodness … do you have to point your little finger up too. That sounds so posh. I scoff them too fast to do that

Jammy dodgers! Definitely dunkable.
