Only allow sensible people, such as those who are right wing, own and drive cars.

Hmmmmmmmm…Personally, I don’t think you should be allowed on the road in a car until the age of 25…And prevented from driving over 80 unless you drive more than 100 miles per week.
Airline pilots have to fly a certain quota if they want to keep their licences.
Drivers over 80 who drive once a blue moon have lost the experience they gained as a younger person, and are now too slow with poor reactions to exist on modern roads…
Hand signals and starting handles went out with the ark and old drivers should do the same.

Next you’ll be telling me that my flag indicators that pop up from my doors and the hand operated windscreen wipers are out of vogue too.
I’ll break it gently to Mrs Dex that she’ll have to stop walking in front of the car with a flag too.

I still see the odd Morris Minor knocking about round here Dex, and it still has the old flag system popping out of the side.
I actually had to do hand signals when I took my test…
Perhaps not that one…
