What do you now do that you vowed not to do when you were younger?

My eldest granddaughter vowed the same and now shez engaged and living on the top floor of a three story block, she uses a stair-climbing shopping trolley every time they go shopping LMAO

The other one you quoted was not the title either, that was ‘My Generation’ so I also searched for both the wording die with my boots on, and ‘John Wayne’ but no luck. I did however see ‘Errol Flynn’ but didn’t think it was the right one so then chose ‘Iron Maiden’, the one I posted. Can’t be right all the time!

Anyway, I don’t mind searching for something like that, it’s very satisfying when the correct one is found. This time though it was just a half-satisfactory find!

Yes, he’s a definite laugh and the outfit helps, with that hat I first thought it was Boy George.
They are both enjoying themselves though, that’s for sure!

I was always angry at my Dad for being thrifty. My Dad could make Lincoln scream rubbing pennies together the way he did. Now I’m just as bad. Do I need it, do I really though? I still won’t use credit, if I can’t pay cash I don’t want it!

Nowt wrong with the old five-n-dime stores for thrifty shopping. Why pay more for summat of the same quality?

That is not a bad way to be though, my parents taught me the same thing and in my life it’s aways paid off. I would always pay cash but for he larger, more expensive items it was that on HP and not until that was finished would I buy anything else.
