Over two wives - I’m a people polluter with 5 children ranging in age from 52 to 31, it seemed a good idea at the time but they are lovely kids

Same. I love spending time with the children of my friends. I get to be the cool uncle, but you know what they say about too much of a good thing. I’m relieved when I go home or they do. Then the quite returns.

So a funny story about having children.
When my wife and I got married we discussed children and decided against at the time. My wife, however is the only girl, she has three brothers, both older(2) and younger (1), but none of them were married. So my Mother In Law started pressuring my wife about Grandchildren.
So I come home from work (we’ve been married 5 years at this point) and my wife informs me we need to rehash the baby issue. I say OK , and then proceed to distract her that night.
The next night I came hone with a puppy. She was ecstatic.
2 weeks go by and I say “Baby we never finished that talk about kids.”
My wife “KIDS! I can’t even take care of this dog.”
Me smiling, mission accomplished.

We have just the one – he will be 56 years old in September. He is a great help to us his parents in our advanced old age.
59 57 56 They all had a hand in giving us 16 Great and Grand children. Incidentally that number changes to 18 in December. The EZ Rider dynasty.

My lovely daughter will be 28 in November and my son will turn 19 in October.

Yes. I married young…
Two sons,39 and 37 younger than me,and taller than me,which isn`t hard tbh.
My son is 44 , that makes me feel very old.
He has 5 children, 2 aged 12, 1 aged 11 and 2 aged 5 (two lots of twins) .

Ours are 45, 43, and 41. One is in the north, the second is in the midlands and my youngest is in London. My wife’s two sons are in Georgia so we are widely scattered.
