It’s a good basic idea, but for me it would have to be street legal and somewhat faster with a keener eye as to the finish and rustproofing.

A can, a motor AND a large battery … its the battery that costs an arm & leg over here and the charger is not a insignificant sum either. For a fast charger I’d have to pay for a larger incoming cable, but then if others in my road wanted the same, a whole new much larger cable would be needed buried in the footpath AND a larger transformer about 3/4 mile away in the local transformer farm. The whole concept of EV’s really has not been thought through by the area supply networks throughout the country and of course the government
Oh I’ve seen her in these types of videos before. She left her kids to do this. I like her house but think she is selfish.

This bloke has taken what should be a really interesting subject and made it quite long winded and boring. he seems a nice enough fella but gawd is he dull.
Having said that I have watched every one of his episodes about this repair.
