How to turn just 9 notes into blood stirring music. Why just 9? That’s cos the traditional pipes only have 9 playable notes with the rest of the sound coming from the drones

Something I like to play when accompanied on the metal Handpans (kinda drums) as the sound really shows off of my sitar’s sympathetic strings. Also the shruti box certainly adds to the overall sound.

Played to hear the ample deployment of tube screamers which tingle my spine. I love to use my ‘stomp’ (overdrive) pedals for the right tune as I twang away
