My problem too, getting down is easy, getting up up again sometimes involves crawling to something to use as a lever to get up. In the garden I make sure my old milk crate is close by.

Zaphod, l really had to think about this one hence the delay in replying!

Then l remembered one thing l can’t do and that’s thread a needle naturally, l have to use a needle threader.
