I recently bought a copy of this as I’m interested in all things to do with our earth and as it was a lower price from Post Script, I thought it might be a good read. I was not disappointed.

The whole concept of space weather is fascinating & makes up a fair amount of what radio amateurs needs to know, as solar activity effects the radio bands. A solar storm can knock out shortwave & sun spots make a big difference to how the bands propergate.

The website The Space Weather Woman by Dr Tamitha Skov WX6SWW makes for interesting viewing.
