“Sit Down, Woman” is the first vinyl pressed by the record label Weird Vintage Jukebox in 1942. The song talks about a man who wants to spend a night with his fellas instead of his wife.

“My name is Joe Cringi and I hate my wife, so I could relate to this song very well,” said Joe Cringi in an interview for Playboy magazine.

Song received positive reviews by the critics, as they stated hatred for their wives, too. The vinyl record became a hit and sold over 100,000 copies in its first three days. Radio stations played it 15 times a day in March 1942.

You work and work for years and years
You’re always on the go
You never take a minute off
You’re always making dough
Someday you’ll say you’ll have your fun
When you’re a millionaire
Imagine all the fun you’ll have
In your 'ole rocking chair.
