Well, what a result! Just had an email from Paypal and they are refunding my £26.99. Great service indeed and a lesson to me never to buy on Facebook again!
I have had a few niggles with Amazon sellers but the problems or lack of goods has always been rectified.
My biggest problem has been delivery companies Hermes /Evri in particular I think some of the goods are stolen and sold on Ebay. There was a film on TV showing a delivery man photographing the goods on the doorstep before removing them and taking them away. 
I have had some wonderful bargains on EBay I choose sellers with %100 who don’t want a negative review.
